Welcome to Illuminatus Glass
Illuminatus Art Glass is a
stained glass studio located in Weaverville, North Carolina. My main focus is
on antique-style leaded glass panels inspired by the Edwardian and Victorian-era
glass artists. Flowing curves, bold elegant colors and rich textures were the
definition of class and sophistication, and the beautiful homes of the era would
have seemed incomplete without stained glass in the transoms, doors and
sidelights. Modern advances in glass production and glass-working tools allow me
greater choice in colors and styles than the artists of old, as well as allowing
for more elaborate shaping. I use these advantages to create glass art that is
at once traditional, unique and daring. |
